30 plus years licensed, with no maritime violations, incidents, ect. Have pled guilty to Breathalyzer Refusal in New Jersey. My driving privledges in NJ are suspended for seven months, however, my drivers license is issued in Florida. My understanding is that I am legal to drive in any state except NJ. I am due to renew my license very soon. Does anyone know, definitively, how this will effect my renewal?
