I am looking to upgrade from a 100 ton vessel to a 200 vessel, on inland waters i.e. the Mississippi.
Any 2011 info on this?

Very much seconded. They’re doing a decent job of putting a wealth of info on there for people willing to find it.
Also check out 46 CFR 11.450 - 11.454. 200T service requirements for Masters and Mates, Great Lakes or Inland. You’ll find these referenced in the NMC documents as well, always good to read it from the source.
Those two will get you started.
Do you have see time on a vessel over 100t? If not go straight to your 500.
