Ari Gold of the HBO series Entourage, the Hollywood uber-agent. His character is supposedly modeled after Chicago Mayor Rham Emanuel’s brother. I can’t think of that actor’s name who plays Ari.

Looking at that video he did another ramming. What more does it take to convict this asshole? He was overtaking this fisherman, and intentionally hit him.
