The Captain and C/M of the tanker were convicted and sentenced to jail despite the fact their vessel was AT ANCHOR!

Among other charges, the Korean’s charged that by pressuring up the IG system the officers forced more oil into the sea. They are currently out on bail awaiting an appeal scheduled for mid-year.
