Hi guys, does anyone know how to deal with this error for SAILOR/ Cobham printer?

‘no connection between message terminal and printer’

Not familiar with that system but if you haven’t already, in general…

Get out the manual and shut it down IAW the instructions, check/tighten all the cable connections then restart, check the manual in case there is a specific sequence for restarting.

If you’re still getting the error go to the “troubleshooting” section and see if there is any help there.

Get a new printer. They only seem to last about 2 years. I like the interface with all the Thrane & Thrane/Sailor/Cobham GMDSS package but man the hardware is crap. The software is Android based BTW.
