There are a large number of indexes being issued annually, covering anything from A to Z.
Many are pitting countries against each other. Here is one that is very relevant these days, the Global Peace Index (GPI):

> **[Global Peace Index - Institute for Economics & Peace](https://www.economicsandpeace.org/global-peace-index/)**

> [@](#):
>
> In addition to discussing the findings from the Index, the report also includes analysis of current conflicts, escalation hotspots & risks assessment, the economic impact of violence and the role of Positive Peace in building resilience.
> The Global Peace Index launches in June each year.

Here is the GPI for 2025:

> **[Global Peace Index Map » The Most & Least Peaceful Countries](https://www.visionofhumanity.org/maps/#/)**
>
> Global Peace Index (GPI) presents most comprehensive data-driven analysis on trends in peace. Most & least peaceful countries in the world. View Map.

PS: Looks like I have moved from the 6th most peaceful country in the world (Singapore) to a more dangerous part of the world.
(Norway is ranked as #32)
