European Nautical Board Game

I am looking for a particular board game as a gift for my sailor friend. He said all the kids in Denmark are playing it, and it definitely involves moving ships by turning a spinner to get wind direction and tossing a die to get wind speed.

I have searched for this game on Google and found hundreds of possibilities. Does anyone here know what game this might be?
