# Drydock and Shipyard without SMS implemented

Hi everyone! How post cold laid-up vessel with at the shipyard and dry dock can manage QHSE without implemented SMS? Is it based on shipyard’s procedures then? How to deal with situation like this?

NOTE: Vessel before flag / name change.
