The entry level form. nothing is wrong with my hearing but I had a middle ear infection this week and it’s kind of muffled, so i don’t know if i will pass the test or not.
If you hear well enough to communicate with the health practitioner, no test is required. That is, unless the doc suspects you have abnormal hearing, he just ticks a box saying normal.

Thanks for the reply. The form doesnt say much about the test just normal hearing. I should be fine
