# Collision on the Waal River

A river cruise ship and an inland cargo ship collided on the Waal River in the Netherlands:

Could be worse, by the looks of it no big deal. Collision caused some damage above the water line, no breach of the hull. Is the machinery shown inside perhaps part of the bow thrusters?
