Solid advice but it won’t help. The people hopping the fence… Oops, I mean walking across the unfenced, unguarded border will undercut the market in those areas as well.

But livers can be obtained from a living donor. . .there is THAT. . . .

It’s the only organ that can actually regenerate, provided it’s not too far damaged by disease or scarring. That’s why liver transplant recipients must be sober for a minimum of six months prior to transplant. It’s an interesting organ.
