wanna keep this visible in case anyone has an idea.

interesting that Wilhelmsen is getting involved in the manning of vessels in the GoM…this must be a first for them?

This is going to sound like a stupid question, but why would they ask for a CoC if they need Americans?

Why not send them your resume and see if you get a bite?

Regardless, this is interesting news.

CoC is STCW lingo (Europe and the rest of the world) for what we call a license in the US. Its no surprise that a foreign company operating in the US would continue to use its standard phraseology in ads.
