I recently received my AB stickers. Under my ABLE SEAMAN-SPECIAL it has OSV in parentheses. Is this a OSV restriction? I submitted 130 days of tugboat time as well as well as 309 days working on -100 ton vessels. I also have my lifeboatman/PSC.
