The name of the thread is AB inland license. I was just trying to help. I’m not sure I’m intelligent enough to read this thread correctly so instead of trying to be helpful, I’ll go finish mowing my lawn. ---

That’s what I’m looking for. How many members of AWO have sea time? I might say 0.5 on average. How much does the president of AWO who has no sea time make…600k ---

What the OP is talking about is a new deckhand training class that takes place with a formal curriculum so everyone is learning to do things the same (right?) way. That minimizes injury and keeps the new guys from slowing work down to much while they’re getting the hang of things. ---
