Another historic computer peripheral:
‘Fastrand II’, the first random-access mass storage system, from Sperry Rand.
With a capacity of some 90 megabytes (!), it weighed about two and a quarter tons.

Note 2, about ‘Fastrand I’, is rather hilarious.

Twenty-eight was referred to in jest as “von Fastrand’s number”, after the (mythical) Baron Gustav von Fastrand, who it was said, discovered the number during a nineteenth-century expedition between the numbers 27 and 29.
