I passed the 3rd’s AGT, oceans in 2010. I will have 270 days at 12 hour days on a vessel which counts for unlimited time, at time and a half. My question is, since this vessel is operating in inland rivers, is this enough for the auto upgrade? there are no restrictions, at least I don’t think there are, that state the vessel is restricted to inland waters.
