# 1600 ton mate tutor!

I am looking for a tutor for my 1600 ton mates license based on Oahu or remotely. I am on island quite often and mostly will need help with celestial and terrestrial navigation. I am approved to test. Will pay or work out some other arrangement. Evenings are best when I am on Island.
