From what I read it happened in BC and everybody was ok.

My Canadian friends said there was an engine stall supposedly when he was towing up short. Everyone made it just fine guess the Capt rode it out from what I was told. Happened in Vancouver harbor last week.
I can see Canada Place and Harbour Centre on the skyline there. These pictures were taken right near where my school is. I will ask around, someone is going to know something.
