Tropical Cyclone Nora has developed about 386 NM ENE of Darwin, Australia and was moving towards the east at about 4 knots with max winds of 55 knots. Nora is forecast to deepen to hurricane intensity in 6-12 hours as it begins to turn more towards the southeast.
