When submitting a package to NMC, is it considered acceptable to specifically request, for example " I wish to be grandfathered on the <strong>XYZ</strong> portion of the <strong>123</strong> because I am an <strong>ABC</strong>"? Since the REC is forwarding the paperwork to send to the evaluators at NMC, I won’t get any face time with an evaluator, so is it OK to add a specific request in writing, citing appropriate sources, in your submission package?
Sure is, especially if you can cite pertinent CFRs or MSM sections.
