Understand the reasoning as the only person who wins in such things are the lawyers. Hopefully sometime down the road an entity takes this jerk on and bankrupts them.

Its sad really, rather then pick up a phone and call gCap and say “hey lets make money together”. Lawyers get called in and money leaves both sides of the table to persons who crawl under them.
Yeah I looked at theirs and they’re crap. Now I want a GCaptain shirt.
