Can anyone tell me about the Galley Assesment program offered by SIU in Piney Point md. I’m going there in November and have no clue about it.

Thank you for for the link. I was hoping to find someone that has been thru the Galley Assesment program. I have been in the Military Navy 20years reserves for 9 years . Retire from the navy in January and coming to work as a chef for SIU. Very Respectfully
