Have any US sailors here had any luck in gaining employment through the use of Crewell Recruiting?
Just curious as a lot of the jobs state specific nationality preference.
Looks like they cater to foreign sailors. The wages say it all.
I didn’t look at every single posting but you are saying some of them prefer americans? I saw some that said nationality ‘any’, but for a lot of those wages you’d be better off staying on unemployment.
No, the preference I most often see is for Ukrainian nationals.
No good offers from them. Yeah most of the job boards like them are for overseas and if you see a salary with the job it’s normally on the very low side.
I make so-so money teaching radar one week a month, so won’t take a stab at too much if the day rate is lower than what I can get teaching.
