Anchoring 580 ton ship in shallow sand bottom

Hi… I own the MV Fintry Queen… a 580 ton former car ferry… now converted to carry 325 passengers… 150’ length, 41’ beam… she used to be moored between pilings and we now have to relocate her to 20’ of water… sandy bottom… in a very restricted area, close to shore. Was thinking we should pin it fore and aft so it can’t swing… facing north/south in the direction of prevailing and storm winds… question is… how much weight do I need… will use concrete blocks… how much chain and scope… I know about the 5/7 ratio… can this be shortened if its pinned at the stern… can’t have it swinging… where can I get this info ???
